Happy birthday! Is that a …. saw in that cake?
Haha, weird I know. I wondered who’d be the first to say something. It’s a bread knife. Jeff had already gotten it in pretty good when I remembered to get a picture. We’d already taken off the chocolate curls too. Oh well.

Yes, it was that kind of cake! :) Fortunately it was small and we had friends to share it with.

Thanks! Yes, the actual day was the 11th. I’d say, “Hurrah for January birthdays!” except I’m not that found of having a January birthday. :-P It was a somewhat stressful mothering day, but a lovely evening of celebrating with friends.
